A Winwin Loan! This is a scheme by the Flemish government that encourages private individuals to invest in local companies. In exchange for your loan, you will not only receive interest, but also tax benefits.
The conditions:
- Loan duration: 5 years
- Fixed gross interest rate: 4.5% per year
- Tax advantage: 2.5% per year
- Extra security: up to 30% covered by the government
- Minimal investment: €2,500.00
