Where do I see the availabilities?

You can find the availabilities live on our website. Choose a location and you can immediately see which SUPs and kayaks are available at your desired time.

Can I make a reservation in advance?

Yes! You can make a reservation in advance, but you certainly don't have to. Would you rather be spontaneous? Scan the QR code on the locker and book a SUP or kayak on site. No app or account required.

What does Dobber cost?

Our rates are simple and fair: you pay per vessel, not per person, and decide how long you want to stay on the water. The longer your session, the cheaper the price per hour!

How do I make a booking?

1 ️ ︎ Choose your location, SUP or kayak, start time and session duration.

2 ️ ︎ Enter your contact details and easily pay online.

3 ️ ︎ You'll receive an email from us with all the info you need to start your session.

When do I have to pay?

You pay immediately when booking, so you can get out on the water carefree. You can pay with Bancontact, iDeal or a credit card.

Where can I enter my discount code?

After choosing your location, time and vessel, you will be taken to the checkout page. Enter your discount code there and the amount will be adjusted automatically.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, that's possible! Enter your billing details when booking and you will receive the invoice automatically in your mailbox.

I haven't received a confirmation email?

Annoying! Sometimes our confirmation email gets stuck in your spam folder. Didn't find anything there either? Send us a message via the contact form with your name and reservation date. Then we'll find out what went wrong.

Can I cancel or adjust my reservation?

Bad weather or changes to plans? No stress! Let us know in time via this form, and we'll be happy to adjust your reservation - if possible. Prefer to cancel? That's also possible. In that case, you will receive a voucher from us, valid for 3 years at all Dobber locations.
