Further on, you'll pass Lamot Brewery, which was once one of the largest breweries in Belgium. Today, it's a bustling culture and convention center, where you can enjoy stunning views of modern and historic architecture from the water.

A little further along the Dyle, Huis De Zalm appears. This old guild house is a reminder of Mechelen's rich past as a center of fishing and trade. From here, you'll quietly return to the Keerdok, while enjoying the city atmosphere and the rippling water.
